Limitations of Liability

By purchasing and using any product from Ninth Flame, you acknowledge and accept that Ninth Flame, its affiliates, and team members shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All responsibility for safe and appropriate use lies solely with the user.

Safety Guidelines

Our lighters are intended strictly for adult use. Please keep out of reach of children and store in a secure, dry environment. To ensure your safety, we strongly advise following these precautions:

1. Ignition

  • Always ignite away from face, body, clothing, or flammable surfaces.

  • Never attempt to ignite the lighter upside down.

2. Heat & Pressure

  • Do not expose the lighter to temperatures exceeding 50°C (122°F) or leave it under direct sunlight.

  • Avoid any contact with open flames that could compromise the lighter's integrity.

3. Flame Control

  • Do not leave the flame unattended.

  • Never keep the flame lit for more than 30 seconds continuously.

  • Always ensure the flame is fully extinguished after use.

4. Fuel Handling

  • Only use the appropriate fuel for your lighter model.

  • Butane lighters must be refueled with butane. Wick lighters require naphtha-based fluid.

  • Using incorrect fuel may cause malfunction or serious hazards.

5. Puncture & Tampering

  • Never puncture, disassemble, or modify the lighter.

  • Doing so may result in gas leakage, fire, or explosion.
